Our mission
CityBridge Health Foundation exists to share the love of Jesus Christ by funding healthcare operations and related services to vulnerable individuals and families in Collin County. Reducing barriers to basic healthcare, we eliminate the need for proof of insurance, income, and all fees.
What we do
We seek to embody the love of Jesus in a way that brings healing, both physical and spiritual. We believe love leads, medicine follows and in that order, people can experience a shift from sickness to healing, from despair to hope, from isolation to community, from questions to faith. We treat medical needs and invite conversations about faith. We pray with people and help patients download Bibles in their own languages. And sometimes, we witness transformation; a man weeping as he hears the gospel for the first time. A former patient returning to serve others. A struggling woman choosing hope.
Who we are
We are a team of staff and volunteers who have been transformed by Jesus. We believe every person needs a place where they are seen, heard, and cared for. That’s why every patient who walks through our door is met with kindness before paperwork. With presence before protocol. With people who see them and not just their symptoms.
