At this level, your commitment extends our reach to more patients needing the whole-person care that makes CityBridge Health different: medical treatment, yes, and also prayer, conversation, and spiritual presence. More patients seen. More time with each one. The kind of care that takes more than a prescription to deliver.

Strategic Partners — $12,000+ per year
When the funding landscape shifts, Strategic Partners keep CityBridge Health steady. Your commitment at this level insulates the clinic from external volatility and gives leadership the confidence to plan for the future, not just this year, but for the next chapter of the mission.
