Leadership Circle

A Three-Year Partnership in Leading with Love
Some doors only stay open if someone chooses to stand behind them.

The Leadership Circle is a three-year commitment to the patients, the staff, and the mission of CityBridge Health Foundation.

Someone came in recently – not for an appointment, just for answers. They'd been managing an infection for weeks, not sure what it would cost to see someone, not sure anyone would treat them without insurance. They walked in expecting paperwork and a bill. They were met with a calm voice, a thoughtful question, and someone who sat with them until they understood what was happening.

They came back the next week. They've been back since.

In one of the most affluent regions in the country, thousands of people still face barriers to basic health care. For the uninsured or underinsured, a simple infection can turn into a crisis. Our medical system is complex and often indifferent, leaving many to suffer in silence or go without care altogether.

CityBridge Urgent Care exists because every person deserves a place where they are seen, heard, and cared for – not just medically, but as a whole person.

Every patient encounter is an opportunity for something more: hope, dignity, a prayer, a conversation about faith. We believe love leads. Medicine follows. And through that order, something shifts – from isolation to community, from fear to a place that feels like welcome.

That kind of care is possible because a small group of people have chosen to stand behind it. You may already be one of them.

The Leadership Circle is a way to make that commitment formal – and to invite others to follow your example.

WHY THREE YEARS

A single gift opens a door. A three-year commitment keeps it open.

CityBridge Health runs on a small team of part-time staff. When one nurse or provider is out and can't be covered, the clinic could close for the day. Multi-year giving changes that. It provides the staffing stability needed to open the doors reliably, every day, for every patient who shows up.

It also creates room to grow. When giving is committed and steady, leadership can focus forward: expanded hours, more patients served, the kind of whole-person care that takes time and presence. Not in response to urgency. Because the mission has the support it needs to go deeper.

The funding landscape shifts. One committed core doesn't.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE

This is not a named fund. There is no wall, no public list, no announcement. The Leadership Circle is a quiet commitment to a story over time.

What that looks like in practice:

•  Behind-the-scenes updates on the clinic's work – the patients served, the conversations had, the ways the mission is growing.

•  Occasional small gatherings: a dinner, a clinic walkthrough, a conversation before the annual gala.

•  A direct relationship with CityBridge Health leadership.

•  The opportunity to introduce new partners when the time is right.

It's not a transaction. It's a seat at a table that most people don't know exists.

PARTNERSHIP LEVELS

These are thresholds for belonging, not ceilings. Many current partners give above the entry level. All three tiers carry equal standing in the Leadership Circle.

  • Connecting Partners – $1,200 or more per year

  • Sustaining Partners – $6,000 or more per year

  • Strategic Partners – $12,000 or more per year

Payable annually, quarterly, or monthly. DAF, check, or online.

WHY NOW
"Come be part of a healing story."

Every patient who walks through the doors of CityBridge Urgent Care arrives carrying more than symptoms. They carry the quiet uncertainty of whether anyone will actually meet them with care.

Your commitment changes what is possible for each of them. Not by writing a check that disappears into an operating budget. By choosing, for three years, to stand behind a place where love leads and medicine follows.

Your time, your gifts, your prayers – they are all part of what God is doing through CityBridge.

That's what the Leadership Circle is. And if you're reading this, you likely already understand why it matters.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK

The Leadership Circle isn't something you join through a form. It begins with a conversation – about the clinic, the patients, and what a three-year commitment could look like for you.

Reach out to Meggon McKinley, Executive Director of CityBridge Health Foundation, to start that conversation.
